STUDENTS
The University System does not establish a programme that gives free rein to the particular concerns of students with abilities and concerns, who sometimes consider going to university to be boring and not appreciable beyond obtaining the corresponding degree.
NTL wants to establish a specific track to channel this young talent and promote these students. Moreover, it does so on the basis of new trends that are shaping today's world through the multidisciplinary relationship of its members, thereby significantly increasing the chances of a positive impact on society and on the productive fabric.
COMPANIES
In recent times, we have seen with concern the growing alarm in the business world about the growing lack of talent available to fill certain positions in organizations. A few years ago, the scarce commodity was work, but now we are faced with a strange paradigm shift: the employer must strive to attract and maintain specially qualified workers.
The establishment of NTL is intended to alleviate the growing demand for young talent on the part of the country's companies.
NTL allows affiliated companies and associations to interact early with a group of specially qualified students with a very special perspective. The link between them is tested and validated through projects carried out by NTL in the third phase, at the implementation stage. This will make it possible to get to know each other and connect the former graduate NTL-er with the company that wants to meet certain needs with talented workers.
COLLEGE
The NTL aims to alleviate the lack of the system in order to address the concerns of high-profile students who, while being able to provide more, do not find the right means to do so. In this sense, NTL provides the University with a distinctive element that allows it to differentiate itself and provide talented students with a unique experience, based on knowledge and application of new trends, with a multidisciplinary approach and future application and professional connection.
